What’s included

• 8 different bingo cards, two to a page with a cut line
• 34 words mixed across the cards, with a free middle square
• A name line on every card
• 4 A4 pages, designed to print well in colour or black and white

How to play

1. Print the cards (two per page), cut them out and put one at each place setting.
2. Guests cross off squares as the evening goes on.
3. The first to complete a full line (across, down or diagonally) shouts “Slàinte!” and wins a dram (or a piece of tablet).
4. Keep playing for a full card through the ceilidh.

Tips

• Brief first-timers on the running order so they know what to look out for.
• Pop a pencil by every plate.
• Great at school or club Burns suppers too: just cross out the whisky squares.

Printing tips

• Print at 100% or “Actual size” rather than “Fit to page”, so nothing gets trimmed.
• Everything is A4. If your printer only takes US Letter, choose “Fit to page” instead.
• Thicker paper (120–160gsm) feels nicer to write on and survives a night out; plain 80gsm is fine too.
• Black and white works: the designs are made to stay clear without colour.
