Wishes for baby cards

What’s included

• 8 prompts with space to write a name
• A name line
• 1 A4 page, designed to print well in colour or black and white

How to play

1. Print one card per guest and leave them on a table with pens and a box.
2. Guests fill in their wishes during the shower.
3. Collect the cards in the box for the parents.
4. The parents keep them for the baby book, or read a few aloud at the end.

Tips

• Two mums or two dads? Cross out and write in before printing more copies.
• Print on card for a sturdier keepsake.
• Ask guests who can’t come to send a photo of their filled-in card.

Printing tips

• Print at 100% or “Actual size” rather than “Fit to page”, so nothing gets trimmed.
• Everything is A4. If your printer only takes US Letter, choose “Fit to page” instead.
• Thicker paper (120–160gsm) feels nicer to write on and survives a night out; plain 80gsm is fine too.
• Black and white works: the designs are made to stay clear without colour.
