Baby predictions card

What’s included

• 12 prompts with space to write a name
• A name line
• 1 A4 page, designed to print well in colour or black and white

How to play

1. Print one card per guest and hand them out with pens as people arrive.
2. Everyone fills in their predictions. Some are guesses, some are just for fun.
3. Collect the cards in a box or envelope for the parents to keep.
4. Once baby arrives, the parents read the cards and award a prize to the closest guess.

Tips

• Leave the due date out of the conversation until everyone’s filled in their card!
• Read the funniest ‘grow up to be’ answers aloud at the shower.
• Tuck the cards into the baby book: they’re lovely to read years later.

Printing tips

• Print at 100% or “Actual size” rather than “Fit to page”, so nothing gets trimmed.
• Everything is A4. If your printer only takes US Letter, choose “Fit to page” instead.
• Thicker paper (120–160gsm) feels nicer to write on and survives a night out; plain 80gsm is fine too.
• Black and white works: the designs are made to stay clear without colour.
